The Wolf and the Crane story with Bangla translations

 There lived a wolf in a wood. He killed a lamb; but when he went on eating the flesh, a bone stuck in his throat. He felt pain because of this, and he was at a loss for what to do. 

The wolf spotted a crane beside a stream. The crane looked for the fish. “Good morning, MR Crane,” said the wolf. “Could you do me a good turn? I'm suffering from a bone in my throat, which is hurting a lot. You have a long thin bill. Could you take the bone out? I’ll give you anything you ask for.”

The crane assumed the wolf was gravely ill. As a result, he desired to assist the wolf. "Open your mouth wide," the crane instructed.

The crane inserted his long bill into the wolf's mouth and extracted the bone. The wolf was now about to go away. “May I have the fees now?” said the crane.

“What, fees? You put your bill in my mouth. You are still alive and I have not eaten your head. Is it not enough fees?” replied the wolf.

The crane became afraid for his life. He at once flew away in fright.

নেকড়ে এবং সারস পাখি গল্প বাংলা অর্থসহ

 একটি বনের মধ্যে একটি নেকড়ে বাস করত। সে একটি ভেড়াকে হত্যা করল; কিন্তু যখন সে মাংস খেতে গেল, তখন তার গলায় একটি হাড় আটকে গেল। এটি তাকে অনেক কষ্ট দিচ্ছিল এবং সে কী করবে তা বুঝতে পারছিল না।

নেকড়ে একটি জলাশয়ের পাশে একটি সারস দেখতে পেল। সারসটি মাছ খুঁজছিল। "শুভ সকাল, জনাব সারস," নেকড়ে বলল। "আপনি কি আমাকে একটি ভাল কাজ করে দিতে পারেন? আমার গলায় একটা হাড় আটকে গেছে এবং আমাকে অনেক ব্যাথা দিচ্ছে। আপনার একটি দীর্ঘ সরু চঞ্চু আছে। আপনি কি হাড় বের করে দিতে পারবেন? আপনি যা চাইবেন আমি তাই দেব।"

 সারস ভেবেছিল নেকড়েটি খুব অসুস্থ। তাই সে নেকড়েকে সাহায্য করতে চেয়েছিল। "আপনার মুখ চওড়া করে খুলুন," সারস তাকে বলল.

সারসটি তার লম্বা চঞ্চুটি নেকড়েটির মুখের মধ্যে রাখল এবং হাড়টি টেনে বের করল। নেকড়েটি এখন চলে যেতে উদ্যত হল। "আমি কি এখন আমার ফি পেতে পারি?" সারস বলল.

“কিসের, ফি? তুমি আমার মুখে তোমার চঞ্চু রেখেছিলে। আমি তোমার মাথা গলাধঃকরন করিনি আর তুমি বেঁচে আছো। এটা কি যথেষ্ট ফি নয়?" নেকড়ে উত্তর দিল।

সারসটি তার জীবনের ভয়ে আতংকিত হল। সাথে সাথে সে ভয়ে উড়ে গেল।
